Relaxing with the Rosalume LED light therapy face mask

Ten to thirty minutes. A few nights a week.

That’s the whole ritual. Wear it while you read, scroll or unwind — the eye cups let you keep your eyes open — and let the light do its work. Consistency is the point, so we made it something you’ll actually look forward to.

Rosalume vs the $600+ masks

The same core wavelengths the $600 brands use — with our specs published in full, and the irradiance independently verified before we ship.

  Typical premium mask
Red 630nm + near-infrared 830nm — the proven pairing
Published irradiance, with measurement distance
Red/near-infrared only — the Exempt (safest) class under IEC 62471
No blue-light mode — red + NIR only, by design
2-year warranty without the $600 price tag
Under $350

What to expect — the honest version

Visible changes in skin appearance build gradually. The published research in this space — and the premium brands' own protocols — work on 8–12 week courses of 3–5 sessions a week. Rosalume is a consistency product, and we'd rather tell you that on the homepage than have you find out in a returns queue. If you want an overnight transformation, no light mask is being straight with you at any price.

The Rosalume LED face mask and controller

Flexible silicone. Red + near-infrared. Nothing you don’t need.

No blue-light gimmicks, no inflated LED-count marketing — just the two wavelengths the category is built on, in a soft silicone mask with a simple one-button controller. And unlike the $600 brands, we publish exactly what it puts out.

Red and near-infrared light have a genuine evidence base for skin appearance — smoother, fresher-looking skin over an 8–12 week course — and genuine limits. We don't promise more than the research supports.

Rosalume is red + near-infrared only — no blue-light mode. Red and near-infrared fall in the Exempt group — the safest category — under the international eye-safety standard IEC 62471. Blue light, the wavelength most associated with eye-safety concern, isn't used. Eye cups are included. If you take photosensitising medication, are pregnant, or have an eye condition, check with your doctor first.

No. Rosalume is a cosmetic device for the appearance of skin — it is not a medical device and doesn't treat any condition. Skin conditions are a conversation for your GP or dermatologist.
